Dear Allison,
You once asked me what I like about you. You make me so nervous that I gave a fairly terrible answer back then. Now that time has passed, I've realized there aren't many things I like about you. Rather, there are several things that I love about you.
I love how sweet and caring you are. I love how smart and aware you are. I love how we can pivot from a simple funny conversation to a philosophical one at any turn. I love how you make my heart feel like a hummingbird every time I lay my eyes on you. I love the feeling of being both nervous and calm at the same time when I'm with you. I love how vulnerable I can be with you. I love how much you care about your family and friends. I love how you make me feel proud to be Mexican, something I've never really felt before. I love how even though I've read thousands of books in my life (maybe a little under 2 haha) there's only one word that comes to mind when I think about you.
I love how even though I could be having the worst day of my life, a simple hour-long ramen date with you can switch my mood up and get me back up to a thousand. I love how even though you are the most beautiful woman in the world (and I really mean this), your looks are about the fourth or fifth thing I think about that make my heart light up and excite me to see you. I can't put into words how or why I feel the way I do about you but this is a start, I hope that with time, I can show you how I really feel through my actions.
I hope this never ends, but in the case that it does, I want you to know that you are so so special, not just to me but to the world itself. You have the potential to change this world for the better with your wit and your heart. You're not just here to exist. You have limitless potential.
Best regards,
The person who loves you most on this planet
